Dang Chuck that tea sounds tasty... how many hours you clock in this weekend? I've been able to stay asleep for about 5-6hrs, would be nice if I was awake during the day rather than sleep through most of it *sigh*

Have you tried Valerian root tea? It helps. I also use white noise to relax me to sleep, like listening to the ceiling fan in the next room. How many hours of sleep do you get a day?
